About Us

We are American owners, live right here in Kissimmee, 9 minutes away from these villas. We have been owning and operating tourist villas since February, 2001.
We are licensed to conduct this business by the County of Osceola and the State of Florida Division of Hotels and Restaurants.
We treat every family who visits our villas as special guests, and if you choose our villas, we consider ourselves your ambassador to Central Florida. We will always do whatever is possible to help our visitors remember this vacation as a very nice time and a very good value.
We have two daughters who are now grown up, but we know first-hand the difficulties of traveling with children, and we will help you with any problems that we can if you are a guest of our villa.
